AI website chat

Our website assistant uses AI to answer service questions. When you send a message, your message and a random chat session identifier are sent to our automation service. We save chat messages and replies for follow-up and service operation. Our AI provider (Google Gemini) processes messages to generate replies. If you request team follow-up and give contact details, a summary is sent to our team through Telegram. Chat is not live human messaging and does not enroll you in SMS. The current conversation and session identifier are stored in your browser tab session so you can move between pages; closing the tab normally clears that browser copy, but does not delete our saved records. Please do not include passwords, card details, health information or other sensitive data.

Your website visit

This website provides information and illustrative browser-based demonstrations. The examples do not send text messages, process payments or connect to customer records. Hosting infrastructure may record request details such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and time for operation and security.

Your inquiry

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, business, reply email, optional phone, service interest, current software and project details. We store the inquiry privately on our hosting account, notify our team and queue a receipt email to you. We use these details to respond and discuss your project. Submission does not sign you up for text messages unless you check the separate text-message box. That box never enrolls you in marketing texts.

Sharing and messaging

We do not sell inquiry information or share it for third-party promotional use. Providers involved in hosting and email may process information to deliver those services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as message delivery and customer support. Texts from Mitson Tech Alerts are described in our text messaging terms. Client messaging projects use their own identified sender, consent flow and agreed processing terms.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry records, saved chats and correspondence for follow-up and necessary business records. Records include the submission time, reference and notification status. We use a keyed hash of the connection address for submission limits; standard hosting logs may separately contain connection details. Project-specific retention and access arrangements are agreed during scoping. You can ask about access, correction or deletion of inquiry or chat details by emailing sales@mitsontech.com; some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal requirements.

Your choices

Use the phone or direct email link if you do not want to submit the form or use AI chat. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, credit applications or health information. We use Google Analytics to measure page visits, phone and email link clicks, quote requests and video engagement. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information about your browser and visit. Our custom events do not include your inquiry contents, name, email address, phone number or inquiry reference. Phone clicks indicate interest, not a completed call. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration. Videos are hosted on this website.
